To celebrate the release of the movie "Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl the Movie - Arceus: To a Conquering Spacetime" Seven-Eleven was selling Pokemon pull-back cars attached to plastic bottles as part of the Pokemon Fair 2009.

Depending on the character, the tail, ears, face, etc. could move, making for a very cute pull-back car.
